This day is designed for all Department Leaders, Ministry Leaders, Assistant Leaders, and Life Group Leaders at KCC. Come ready to get equipped, get aligned, and gain a better understanding of how ministry works at Koinonia.

You’ll learn how to navigate MyKoinonia for scheduling and communication, how to effectively engage the Marketing Team, and receive practical tools to help you train and develop the people serving alongside you.
