We know college is a defining season. Over the next couple of years, you’ll carry titles like athlete, student, leader, and man. There will be growth, pressure, questions, and breakthrough moments. And in the middle of all of it, you need a place to call home.

A place where you can grow without fear of judgment.
A place where becoming matters more than performing.
A place where you are seen beyond the field.

You’ve got that here.

This year, our theme is Kingdom Identity. And while roles may shift and expectations may change, your identity in Christ is settled. It’s not defined by a jersey, a depth chart, or a GPA. It’s anchored in who God says you are.

Motivation for Student‑Athletes

  • Exodus 15:2 - “The Lord is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation.” 

    Motivation: Every victory is built on God’s strength, not just your own. Celebrate with gratitude and humility, knowing He empowers your success.

     

  • Hebrews 12:1 - “Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.” 

    Motivation: Endurance is more than physical stamina—it’s staying committed when the path gets tough. God equips you to keep going with purpose.

  • Philippians 4:13 - “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” 

    Motivation: Pressure, fatigue, and setbacks don’t define you. Christ gives you the mental and spiritual strength to rise above every challenge.

  • Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 - “Two are better than one… If either falls, one will lift up the other.” 

    Motivation: Great teams succeed because they lift each other up. Your strength multiplies when you choose to support your teammates.

     

  • Ephesians 4:3 - “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” 

    Motivation: Unity doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built through intentional choices. Protect your team’s chemistry with peace, respect, and selflessness.

     

  • Proverbs 16:3 - “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” 

    Motivation: When you give your goals to God, He guides your steps. Trust Him to shape your path and bring purpose to your hard work.

  • Psalm 46:10 - “Be still, and know that I am God.” 

    Motivation: In the chaos of competition and academics, God invites you to pause. His presence brings calm, clarity, and confidence.

  • Jeremiah 30:17 - “I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,” declares the Lord. 

    Motivation: Injuries can feel discouraging, but God is with you in every step of recovery. Trust His timing and His power to restore.

  • Philippians 2:3–4 - “In humility value others above yourselves… look to the interests of others.” 

    Motivation: True greatness is shown through humility. Play with integrity, respect, and a heart that honors others.

  • Romans 12:2- “Be transformed by the renewal of your mind…” 

    Motivation: Losses can shape you for the better. Let God renew your mindset so you grow stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
