What is Involved - We seek to help spread the Gospel with quality audio and visual delivery of the preached and taught Word of God. Media Production supports the vision of KCC by recording and producing services on audio and visual media, CDs, DVDs, tapes, and videos, making the inspired Word available to all. We serve during regularly scheduled services, special services, and during the week. Media Production supports the bookstore, online bookstore, traveling tape ministry, and other in-house ministries as needed. We work closely with multiple ministries including television/video ministry, graphics, publications, and the bookstore.
Requirements
To serve in this ministry, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a tither
- Have completed New Member’s Class and/or Foundations Class, and Discipleship Class
- Have been a consistent member for at least 6 months
Other desired skills and characteristics include:
- Basic computer skills
- Prior experience with word documents and spreadsheets
- Willingness to work with multiple audio/visual equipment
- Prior experience with sound or audio editing
- Ability to work both on a team and individually
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Desire to see lives changed through multiple quality media
The purpose of this ministry is to capture and distribute the preached Word through multiple media formats: CD, video, tape, and DVD, keep bookstore stocked with supplies, and fill bookstore, online bookstore, and all other orders.
